At its core, the TPPAT Series combines a deep prep surface and integrated refrigerated ingredient storage. The extra-deep, full-length cutting board measures 19.5 inches deep and is removable for easy cleaning. Positioned directly behind the cutting area, the refrigerated pan rail holds six third-size clear polycarbonate pans, keeping essential toppings like vegetables, meats, and cheeses at optimal serving temperatures.
This prep table’s forced-air refrigeration system ensures light products such as lettuce and tomatoes stay crisp without wilting, unlike cold-wall systems that are better suited for dense items. With guided airflow, it delivers uniform temperatures in both the cabinet base and pan rail, holding ingredients between 33°F and 41°F.
Built for long-term durability and performance, the exterior is constructed of stainless steel, including the top, front, and ends, while the GalFan-coated steel back adds corrosion resistance. Inside, the clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor with coved corners make cleaning fast and easy. A single solid door provides access to the cabinet, which includes two adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves, great for storing bulk items like sauces, containers, and prep tools.
Environmentally responsible, the R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant offers zero ozone depletion potential and low global warming potential, supported by high-density polyurethane insulation. To reduce energy consumption and extend system life, the reverse condensing fan motor activates for 20 seconds at compressor startup, blowing dust off the coil. Maintenance is simple with front panel access to the condenser and an epoxy-coated evaporator to prevent corrosion.
Thanks to its front discharge construction, this model can be installed flush against walls or in tight spaces without the need for rear or side clearance.
