The standby pilot system offers quick ignition, while the removable stainless steel drip tray simplifies daily maintenance. The chrome-coated zinc alloy knobs not only add a sleek aesthetic but also enhance durability in busy kitchens.
Pre-configured for natural gas, the STGS-36 also includes a liquid propane (LP) conversion kit and regulator, providing flexibility for various commercial setups. With a wide temperature range of 200˚F to 500˚F, this griddle supports a variety of menu items—from pancakes and eggs to burgers and grilled sandwiches—with consistent, high-performance results.
