This two-section pizza prep table features a 22 cubic feet capacity with two self-closing solid doors and a spacious stainless steel work surface topped with a polyethylene cutting board for efficient food preparation.
Constructed with a durable AISI 304 stainless steel framework and an ABS interior liner, the unit offers both strength and hygiene. It is equipped with digital LED temperature controls and an electronic thermostat for precise and easy monitoring of temperatures between 33˚F and 41˚F. The auto defrost and auto condensation evaporation system reduce maintenance needs, while magnetic door gaskets can be replaced without tools.
The pizza prep table includes nine 1/3 size plastic pans with adjustable mounting brackets and two epoxy-coated wire shelves per door, providing flexible and convenient ingredient storage. With a side-mounted R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant compressor and casters installed (two with brakes), the PP67-9-HC offers both performance and mobility.
